Exceptional stay in the Superior King Room. Breakfast had Craig's fantastic homemade marmalade. some noise from outside was bothersome.

I expected a large room for the price, but it was quite cramped. The breakfast pre-ordering was a hassle, not to mention, I woudl ve been thrilled with a welcome gift or upgrade. They call it a hotel? More like a glorified B&B. I almost wrote a lovely review, but alas, that’s just not possible.

Upon arrival, I felt pressured to pre-order breakfast immediately, which was irritating. The room was okay, but the noise from outside was intrusive, making it hard to relax. the location is a bit far from local attractions, requiring cumbersome transport options.

The welcoming hospitality of Craig and Julie made us feel at home, and the outstanding breakfast, especially the homemade pancakes, was a delightful start to our day.

During my stay at The Gatsby Blackpool, I was thoroughly impressed by the immaculate room and the outstanding hospitality from Craig and Julie. The delicious breakfast featured freshly cooked options, including a lovely full English, which left me feeling satisfied every morning.

the gatsby was a delight! the superior king room was fabulous, with amazing bedding that made for a cozy night. craig and julie's hospitality stood out, making us feel right at home. plus, the breakfast was top-notch, especially the homemade marmalade, which was a real treat.

Just a smart choice for a weekend jaunt in Blackpool with excellent value for money. The complimentary bottled water was a nice touch after a long day. Try to request a room away from the street for quieter nights.

Cozy stay with fab breakfast

Great spot! Just a couple mins from the tram, we loved how easily we could get around. The breakfast options were awesome too, especially the fresh juices and tasty cooked options. Craig and Julie were super nice and really made us feel welcome. Only bummer was that the room felt a bit snug, but still comfy!

The newly refurbished top-floor room was truly impressive, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship. Breakfast featured a delightful fruit buffet alongside freshly cooked options that included some of the best black pudding I’ve had. While the charm of the hotel is evident, access could be challenging with mobility issues due to the lack of a lift. The area was peaceful, but the distance from local attractions may require planning for transport.

Single traveler’s great weekend

I really appreciated how close it was to the tram, made it easier to explore the area without worrying about walking back too far at night. Breakfast was amazing,,, I got to try Craig's homemade marmalade which was a good surprise and made me feel like I was at home.

Though it was a bit pricey, I felt it was acceptable for the level of service and comfort provided.
